The 1000 reasons upstream... reminds me of the old saying about how unkindness can spread... the stressed-out boss yells at the employee who goes home and argues with his/her spouse, the spouse then is more punitive with their kid, the kid in turn kicks the cat.... poor cat!

We can either take it personally and keep the cycle going or
