1. Hungry - no Angry - not really, more sad than angry Lonely - definitely tired - not really
2. Define the problem It's Friday night and I have no one to hang out with and I'm feeling sad and depressed once again and I'm thinking about Chris too much. I'm looking towards the 3 day weekend and dreading it because I don't know what to do with myself.
3. come up with three options 1. I could go shopping. I gained weight and I really do need clothes that fit. The closest mall is an hour and a half away but I could still make it there and have about an hour to shop before they close. 2. I could stay home and watch tv, take some seroquel so I fall asleep early and leave early morning for the mall 3. cry and then color affirmationc cards while I watch tv
4. Pick one I think I'm going to go shopping and try to stay in the moment because I'm afraid if I stay home it is going to be too hard to keep my mind from going to a bad place and right now I am so tired of having to fight my mind all the time.
5. Do it. What the hell - bring on the road trip. Maybe some clothes that fit will make me feel better.

Hey H, thanks for responding. Yes, I went shoppng.. blew about $200 but is good, I now have clothes that fit. And I kept myself busy to boot so it s good.l
