I just want to share that despite some physical challenges, I am doing sooo much better lately! Mentally, I am doing really better. I don't know if it's because of my meds, or because of therapy, or what. But my brain seems so clear lately! I can see things much better. I am not as paranoid as I used to be. I am more open to different ideas and opinions. I just feel so clear-headed! I thought I'd share this because we often write about the difficult things in our lives. I wanted to write about something positive that's happening with me and how grateful I am.

Thanks Amanda. The still messed-up part of me hopes nothing goes wrong. I wonder if that's in my control anyway? I've been having some little episodes with my H, but nothing major. I have to watch myself.

fir me, it is a constant watchfulness, which if we get tired, or sick, or stressed, can be very difficult. ((BG))
