I am learning not to assume things about people or what they say and do. I cannot possibly just know if I do not ask. Asking was a no no in my family of origin so this is new and exciting to me. I am rediscovering my exuberance and childlike curiosity and it is a wonderful feeling. Just wanted to put this out there as a positive thing that I am doing for myself as well as hoping that it will be helpful to somebody else who might be assuming instead of asking for clarification.
