Thanks to a suggestion by
StoneGlow, BPDR's book store -
Worth A Read - now offers links for UK residents and Canadian residents.
The book's title link will still take visitors to the USA version: amazon.com. Each title now also has a UK link and a Canadian link.
The new UK links provide users the search results for the book title on
Amazon.co.uk. This means book prices, shipping, etc are all in £ instead of $ for convenience. A separate account for amazon.co.uk has been setup so that proceeds from any sales generated from clicks to the "UK Residents" links at BPDR will provide a small amount of advertising revenue to help fund and maintain BPDR.

Amazon.ca. This means book prices, shipping, etc are all in CDN instead of USD for convenience. A separate account for amazon.ca has been setup so that proceeds from any sales generated from clicks to the "Canadian Residents" links at BPDR will provide a small amount of advertising revenue to help fund and maintain BPDR.
