Hello, though I signed up awhile back to be on here I've just been laying low reading a bit about people....My name is Bianca, I'm twenty years old. I am married to my high school sweetheart. He joined the military to help us out in the long run. That has been benificial for me because of therapy and medications.

I was diagnosed with BPD a few months ago and since then it has been a bit easier because I know what's going on now. I can get so touchy that I get violent and make absurd threats. I don't mean to, but it just happens. I have told my husband off a few times and he's completely lost as to what he has done. He didn't have to do anything. He is understanding though and that's what count for me. I always have this I love you, I hate you issue. I have that with a lot of people.

I have also been diagnosed with severe depression and insomnia. Which has inevetably wound me up in a place called CrossRoads. I was there for four and a half days. It didn't really help with anything. I just played by their rules because I hated it there.

Well, I have now introduced myself and now you know a little bit about me.

Hi Bianca and Welcome!

I hope you will find the tools here to be useful. If you look to your left you will see a box in blue full of good stuff. I like the four agreements and the ten forms of twisted thinking right now. I'm also big on separation of stuff. These have really helped me so far, I'm still new too. But I come here daily and post wherever I think I can help.

The depression is hard. I was diagnosed with MDD last year, but I've come out of it. Just a little transient grief going on right now, not depressed. So, there is hope. Get to know the tools and try to start implementing them in your daily life if you can. It has really helped me.

I'm glad you introduced yourself. I hope you can get as much out of this as I have. Feel your way around and jump in when you feel you can help.

Best wishes, Harmonium
