Yes, your 'doing this right'. I'm not sure there is a wrong way. I am glad to hear that you are ready to work at getting well. We call that healthy, happy living around here. I'm not very computer savvy either, so I feel ya on that one!
A good place to begin is the box in blue in the upper left of your screen called Tools. I have found many ah-ha moments by reading and puting those to use. There is actually a lot of good stuff all over the home page.
I hope you find this to be as useful as I have. I haven't been here long, but BPDR has already made a big difference for me.
