Hello! Welcome to BPDR. I hope you find this site helpful to you.

There is hope. Yes, we do tend to hurt our loved ones the most, but there is a way out. Please have a look around and see what all this site offers. There are some tools that you might find useful on the upper left of your screen. Many of us find them very helpful!

Good luck in your recovery, Hino. I look forward to getting to know you better.
