Hi I'm not really sure what to say I feel lost and confused and its driving my family crazy. I decided to go back to therapy and get on medicine again after being off it for 3 years but I'm still lost I don't know how to start this journey into being happy and one day finding someone to love and be able to receive there love. I always get into a relationship and its great..... for a while then I start to see all these flaws and issues in them and it turns me off to them. Its like at times I want to be held but then its just as qickly don't touch me. I want to left alone but ever lonely and I always seem to want things my way and never compromise. I need help but im on a waiting list to see a therapist and I'
ve read books on this and talk to my pyschratrist I just don't know what to do to start becoming well and healthy again.

Welcome to BPDR. Take a look at the tools section on the left side of your screen. That's a pretty good place to start.

Nik's right, the tools are a great way to begin. That push/pull feeling is one most of us with BPD identify with-- you are not alone. It is possible to learn to love and be loved.
