Hey, my name's August. I figured out that I had BPD a year ago, but I only just got officially diagnosed. I show a lot of the symptoms. It recently lost me my best friend, which landed me in a mental hospital. Which in a way was a good thing, because it inspired me to commit myself to my treatment and work on keeping my disorder under control. I've led a pretty chaotic life up until this point, but now I seriously think I can get better. It's a good feeling :)

Um... I'm a total movie buff. A T.V. show buff too. And I listen to music almost 24/7. I probably get online way to much lol. I also love reading and writing (poetry and prose). Don't really know what to say. If you wanna know anything, just ask. I'm pretty much an open book (online at least).

Hi mirrorman, and welcome.

I think that's an interesting choice of name, since people with BPD who have the whole "unstable sense of identity" thing tend to "mirror" other people...

Anyway, glad you found us.
