Hi,

First time here. First time dealing with the stuff going on inside me from a BPD perspective. Still learning what this is and how to deal with it. I'm completely overwhelmed and at times feel as though I'm getting worse rather than better.

I'm hoping I will find guidance along this path through this forum.

I can relate to that overwhelmed feeling, but rest assured you are not alone. This is a great site to help you help yourself. You will find many great people here as well as a great section of Tools (on your upper left) that can help you deal with the intensity of things.
