Hi I am needing people to just talk too. I have had BPD for over 10 years, still struggle on days and find loneliness is the worse place to be.

Hi, and Welcome to BPDR!!

We are not much of a real-time board-- it can take a little while to get responses sometimes, but they will come. However, there are lots of great tools that you can use on your own (see tool box on left) that will help with loneliness or any other issue you might be dealing with. Everything around here is recovery-oriented (though venting sometimes happens). It can be a great place to get feedback on your thoughts/behaviors and to try to find more productive solutions to problems.

Anyway, I just wanted to welcome you here and say hello. I look forward to getting to know one another!
