Just newly diagnosed w/BPD. Have realized though that I've probably lived w/it most of my life. Can related to "splitting". Sometimes I can engage in conversation, w/o feeling ill-equipped. I have found though, sometimes I can filter what I say to people; personal stuff to people who dont need know. Right now I'm just confused. Am tempted to stay silent, and save face. Am in therapy. My thinking is that her & God are the only ones I can truely count on.

hey, just to let you know that someone's listening :)

Just to clarify, did you mean HERE instead of HER? :)

Counting on God has really helped me. I read the Psalms a lot, and there are many verses that I'm beginning to cling onto, allowing the truths in them to seep deep into my soul...

Her= my therapist. I know that she'll stick around, keep things in confidence, & understand what I'm saying.
