Hi everyone. I'm hoping this site will help me. I recently came out of the hospital; the mental health unit, after being in there for a week. I am starting on my journey to recovery and am simply trying to put as many self help things into place as I can. There aren't many support group options where I live; at least none that I am able to attend at this point due to time, so I am going to give this a shot and hope for the best.

I just got out of hosp. myself a few weeks ago. I'm not sure what I'm going to do re: mental health, I know what I should do but it doesn't help.

Do you have a therapist? Check out the resource room and this site: http://www.dbtselfhelp.com/index.html ...which I think I found in the resource room of this site anyway. I've also been testing out goal-setting websites.
