BPDRecovery.com: Forums

I've never visited a BPD support forum before and don't really know what to expect, but I'm hoping to learn as I go whether this is a good place for me to be.

I'm 44, female and recently formally diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder. I've suspected it as a diagnosis for a few years, but wasn't given the dx 'til just recently.

Co-morbid conditions: major depression (recurrent), generalized anxiety disorder, PTSD and binge eating disorder. I am on disability because I have a long and sustained history of depression.

I've done a lot of work on living with my depression and anxiety, but so far very little on the BPD symptoms. I have a therapist but feel I need more, peer contact and connecting with others who can personally relate.
