Hi Everyone...
I'm new on here. I've been diagnosed properly for just over a year now. Ive been in Dbt since then and I'll finish that in August. I guess I've struggled over the last year and a bit with identity and stigma of BPD, and not really believing recovery is possible (in fact not even knowing what recovery actually meant to me). I'm in a better place, but I know all that could change again next week. I thought it would be great to get support and this looks like the place to be..... :-)

Hello...I am also diagnosed just over a year. I finished a DBT class two months ago. I have found it helped me. It hasnt removed all the problems but I am definitely in a better place than I was before I did the class. I find the meditation and mindfulness practise really helps me and also not going so hard on myself about things.

Hope you get some benefit from it too...
