Hi there. I'm not sure what to say.

Um, I'm a happily (most of the time) married woman and I have two small children, including a baby daughter. I was given the diagnosis years ago, but it's only recently that I've realized that my own mother was borderline, and how that really impacted me. I'm trying to make a difference for my children, so my daughter doesn't have to hurt the way I did.

I'm currently in therapy, but not on any medications.

Hi am2pm, welcome to the forums!

It is a little slow in here, but give it time and I'm sure you'll receive a warm reception.

I want to congratulate you on getting help for yourself. I hope that when/if I become a mother I am as proactive as you seem to be.

Best of luck to you, keep posting if you like, and again, welcome!

welcome am2pm,

Hope you can find some help here. Since you are aware of your bpd you have an excellent opportunity to enable your childrens' lives to evolve in a wonderful way---they won't need to suffer as you did. I am so glad you are here.
