Hey, I’m Heather. I’m only 17, and I haven’t been diagnosed with BPD, but I fit the criteria so well that it scares me. Especially when I look at the “Abandoned child” mode. Because… that is me. Especially right now. I feel like no one cares about me at all, I’m just annoying and frustrating people with everything I do and I should just leave them all alone. I feel completely worthless… and pissed off. Pissed off at those people who say “Someone cares.” Because they’re wrong. No one cares about me. Hell, I’m only joining this forum because I need someone that I feel doesn’t hate me. But as I write this, I feel like I sound so incredibly needy and attention seeking that everyone will be annoyed by the end of this rant.

Welcome Heather! First, I must apologize for the delay in approving your post. I just finished up my finals for my associate's and have been busier than expected.

I know you say you're only 17, but I'll say I wish I was 17 when I found out about BPD. I know I've had it forever. The sooner you realize that you need to make a change in your life, the longer you can a happy, healthy life.

Please post and no worries re: rants. We all rant around here sometimes.
