I'm really feeling better being part of this forum. Does anyone else feel more comfortable living in chaos? I have a habit of creating chaos but as my therapist suggests is how i know exactly what is either going to happen or how i feel more comfortable. Also i have a habit of not being able to stay in the moment which he has me practicing at the moment, i find this very difficult to do without my mind wondering. This makes me feel bad, especially when i'm alone anyone else feel this way?

I live in chaos...self created mostly. I hate it or say i do but cleaning up the mess i make can leave me trembling. I do what i have to,,but that leaves a lot undone.

The moment?? Is hard to find these days. I have had periods of clarity and happiness. Less now as i know they end so im scaredto get to high.

Breathing helps me. Enter the moment

hey there welly
i don't think you need to feel bad about your mind wondering. Maybe when your mind wonders you could take a journal and jot down all those wondering thoughts, then focus back on the moment?

Keep trying till you get it, don't give up and don't feel bad k :)
