Hi:

In the three years since I registered on the old EZBoard site, I've posted a total of 240 times. So I'm like an old-timer nobody knows. I always say I'm going to post more often and I never do, and I hate to lie, so... I'm going to TRY to take part in the board more, because I really have learned a lot here over the years...just haven't given much back. Anyway, good to see everyone.

It has been some time since we've seen you 'round these parts Karinsky! Nice to see an "old-timer" pop in. I'm sure there are a few other folks that'll remember you besides me.

Hey, (((((((Rainbow))))))), how are you?

I'm doing okay. Christmas shopping has been a depressing chore, since everything makes me think of my Dad. But I'll get through it. Work is okay, Tony is wonderful, my cat's going stir-crazy and making life miserable for us, so, situation normal. My anti-depressants are at a maintenance level, I haven't had to go back to therapy, even with Dad dying, so all-in-all I'm doing better than I have in years.

Which is *not* to say I don't still have stuff to work on...but overall I'm well. How are you? How are you feeling about Christmas? and you have a job now, congrats! how is that going?

Karen

Hey karin, I'm doing alright. I went through a rough period but am coming through it thankfully. I so know what you mean about christmas shopping i still feel i should buying for my dad, thanksgiving was tough but got through it. My new job is going ok, it is kinda boring right now since i'm training so i can't do much. I'm a little nervous about not being able to learn everthng i need to, my mind wonders and it is hard to focus, yesterday as the manager was telling me things i kept thinking i can't focus and i can't fully pay attention and then even went to thinking crap i must have ADD lol it was crazy lol. I go down to my moms whenever possible to help her out and give my sister a break and get away for awhile, it is so hard seeing her get worse and worse. I am so glad we got to catch up and please know if you ever just want to chat about your dad or anything i'm here :thumbsup . take care, Rainbow :D

I think I was probably ShoMatrix55 and Apoc55. Now, I'm PeaceRiot, for more spiritual and symbolic reasons, I quess. Wanted to get away from numbers and strange names for awhile. 8)

Was slthompsster on the old board. Now artemis. I felt like a change since my life is drastically different, and Artemis is my favorite of the Greek Gods (i love mythology).

I am new to this whole thing. I have recently been diagnosed with BPD and I am a cutter. I feel alone and scared and that no one understands what I am going through and that I am never going to get through this. I feel to old to be going through all of this bullshit and I want to cut enough so that I do kill myself even if cutting and it happens on accident. Everyone keeps telling me to live for my kids but I think I should want to live for me and I don't so it makes me feel worse that I can't finish something I have started.

Hi there, I'd like to introduce myself as I'm new here.
I'm umai. I found this site some time ago but I can't say I know for sure I have BPD though I have some of the symptoms...
I think I'm not in an acute stage of BPD as I have worked through, stumbled more like it, many of my 'issues' but i recognise the lingering instability of my self perception as the give away sign that I've always had and always will. Not that I'm giving in mind you, its just surrender to the facts of life. I have a very strong will and spirit so will never give up. I do regress constantly and need support and that's why I'm here. If I can be of help to others I will do my best to share my insights.
:thumbsup
