I checked out your blog- it's nicely put together. I'm somewhat of an alcohlic, but I never went to AA. I used to drink a lot more than I do now; I think as I got older I made a great effort to moderate my drinking as well as my destructive behaviors. I've been in counseling for anxiety and depression and talked about alcohol abuse there as a means of coping and gotten good advice about getting things under control.
