I am new here.....My name is Christine. I am 20. And I have been suffering from BPD for just over a year. I am at uni...though I am defering from next semester. I am studying Nursing. I have a carer who is 6 months younger then me. I cannot believe that she has stayed for as long as she has. All my other friends have distanced themselves from me cause of the way that i deal with things. I have a lot of trouble dealing with my thoughts and feelings and a lot of the time I deal with them in unhealthy ways. I am going through the process of going to Mercy Ministries to get over this whole BPD thing. It is getting to me and I have had enough.

Hi presstoe....starting to like you already
My carer is a friend who looks after me....I guess a bit like a nurse??? not sure bout that one.
She lives with me and spends a lot of her time making sure i'm not hurting myself and also managing my medication. She also makes sure I go along to appointments and do wha the doctors have told me to do.

My uni time has been good. Nothing like yours by the sound of it. I dont drink so it has been pretty much study study study (and nothing else). Cause I want to get better I am defering uni studies as of next semester...That means a lot of spare time on my hands. Not quite sure how that will go.
