i was wondering if there is a way to submit a post anonymously if there is a subject you need help with but causes a lot of shame.

Happy, no we do not have a way to post anonymously. One of the things we practice here is being impeccable with our word, which includes standing by what you post. Now, there are boards here that cannot be read by anyone who is not a registered user, so that might help you feel more comfortable. If you have any questions, let me know.

You're also welcome to register a second account (provided you have another email address for it; there's always hotmail.com and gmail.com in a pinch) for further anonymity if "happy2bme" is something that's relatively well known as you-in-the-real-world or even to distance it from your happy account.
