If you're talking about the "You're not subscribed to our Newsletter" in the Your Account section: click on "Your Info", select "Yes" for the "Receive Newsletter" option, then click "Submit" at the bottom. (In theory, at least... it doesn't seem to be working for me at the moment.) There has not been a newsletter sent out for a very long time, and I don't know if/when there will be one. |
