Have to second you on this one, my therapist tries my best to get me out of the imagination/fantasies, living them would not be a healthy idea! I will acknowledge I'm probably twisting the quote there though, I think it's meant to be more of a "If you believe it, you can achieve it" thing (Covey is great with thoughts like that, but if you want to take it further check out Wayne Dyer's The Power of Intent).

I've had to start writing again just so I could deal with some of the stuff running around in my head. My imagination becomes a reflection of my desire.

Oddly enough, the writing part is also a fantasy, because I made a commitment to write and keep writing no matter what. So, in a weird way, it's all working out.
