I think I've done my grieving and am moving along. I'm surprised at myself, and feel good. I found another more active board that satisfies me, so I don't have any expectations from BPDR anymore. I still feel sad about the lack of participants here, but I'm okay about it. I still check in every day and try to respond to posts. I still want to post about my problems and my achievements even though most of my "friends" from the past won't read about them. I came up with a compromise: go elsewhere, but don't give up the ship! :thumbsup

Care to share the URL of the more-active board?

I'm glad to see you're in this head-space, Wondering. All of your eggs are spread out, no longer in one single basket, and that makes my heart smile. Way to go!

Ash, I'm glad you're happy for me. I will never forget all the work you've put into this board, and I don't think any other forum is based totally on recovery the way BPDR is.

I've been going to PsychCentral which has much more than BPD forums. It has so many forums I haven't even scratched the surface yet! There's one on Psychotherapy that I obviously love, LOL. DBT and CBT are represented, too.

I am struggling too with the quietness of the board. I am finding that I am trying to use DBT skills/tools more now than ever and just need that extra support. I hope people will still visit the board and stuff.
