Meremortal,

Interesting that you've mentioned this book. I bought it years ago, and by the condition of my copy, I never read it. Now I plan to look through it. Over the years, I've collected many books written by professionals for professionals; I think I got a kick out of "evesdropping." Actually, I did get a better understanding about the disorder----I was at this point receptive to the information. I found it heartening that there were people interested enough in what I had suffered from most of my life to write books.

Anyway, hope you like the book

Dagwood

I've read and re-read that book. It has a lot of very helpful journaling exercises in it.

Dagwood: Maybe it's time for you to read the book now? :) hehehe. I started, am in chapter 1. I like it very much :)

AmaNicole: I haven't started journalling yet, but I started using the positive affirmations :)

I've read it. Santoro's Existential Paradox is in the Tools box to the left & one of the foundations of BPDR.
