Yes I found a school nearby and everything. Ideally I would love to just get out and start making money, because that is what I need to do. But honestly, here's something important: I am 11 months off of Klonopin, which I was put on daily for insomnia and the anxiety. Withdrawals have been horrendous, otherworldly.... I am a member of another support group for benzo withdrawal and they all say that withdrawal can last 2 years. I am definitely still experiencing many symptoms. So I don't know if maybe I'm just not ready to work yet? Both becuase of withdrawal and the BPD? I expected to be much more healed by now, but still have nerve pain, headaches, lots of mental symptoms, etc. What do you think? Thanks for advice

Jovie,

Oh yeah....that does sound like a complication....I'm so sorry you're having to deal with that as well as bpd. I can well understand that you want to deal with the physical symtoms first....it makes sense to me. I has to be causing you more stress than what was already there.

Jovie,

Have you talked with your dr. about this stuff? Perhaps there's something that can be done to alleviate your symptoms a bit.

A friend of mine from my university went to school for massage. He doesn't do it professionally now, because of social anxiety, but he is VERY handy to have around. :)

And I'm so sorry to hear about the withdrawls. :( That must be quite a challenge.
