Does anyone do this or have a history of doing it? Is it a BPD thing? When my bpd was at its worst, in high school, I wanted nothing to do with the rest of the world. All I did was watch tv, binge eat, and pull my hair out to numb the pain
Today (6 yrs later) it is not nearly as bad, it feels like a 180 actually, but I still a lot of times just get too overwhelmed and want to retreat and block out the world. This has made it almost impossible to work in the past.
