This is just a thank you to BG for starting the thread! I was unable to give a word-name to the feeling I experienced last weekend. By sharing, you've helped me, too I think that I will think more on how easily something so simple can lift me up to a place where I finally feel capable & motivated to do some humdrum things that I've been avoiding for quite a few days.... For now, I'm creating a list of those things to do so I can cope if I find myself lost within myself again!
