As I’m going through the process of learning healthy thinking (untwisting my thinking), there are times when my mind is at total peace with who I am and I hold an acceptance of the world and the people in it for what it is and who they are. This doesn’t happen all that often, but when it does, it’s a really great state of mind to live in.

Happy 4th :)

I agree.. For some reason I always have those moments in the morning. I don't know if the REM sleep kind of rationalizes my brain, but I always have moments of clarity in the morning.

It would be nice to have MORE of these moments of clarity, wouldn't it? :)

For me, mornings are bad times. I almost always wake up dreading the day, and then my day gets better as I go along. It gets even better after I hit the gym after work in the evening :)
