Although BPD is my main diagnosis I know it flows into other disorders. It's not that cut and dry for me. Sometimes I feel like yelling, hitting myself, deeply depressed, euphoric, etc. Maybe all people feel like I do but handle it better? Mike

All these things you mention can be part of bpd. I know they have been for me. But does it really matter? It's what you do to free yourself of the dysfunctional thinking that, IMHO, is important. No matter what the diagnosis is, the feelings are the same. I used to get hung up on my diagnosis too, but in the long run....you still have to do the work and the changing.
