Two things lifted my mood yesterday.

First one, to discover (from blogger.com) that one of my friends still read my blog. Currently she's not replying all my messages or taking my calls. The fact that she still reads my blog shows that she still cares, though she feels too burdened to continue supporting me in my journey.

Secondly, my psychiatrist said that my feelings of not feeling motivated to work is not due to depression but due to the fact that i'm 'finding my footing', meaning trying to stabilize even more...

happy!

I'm glad to hear that your friend is still interested in being a part of your life, even if she can't handle you in person right now. It's so easy to think that we have burdened everyone to the point where they don't care any more, so having a little reassurance can make a big difference.

As for stabilizing yourself, woohoo! I'm glad you're feeling happy, may you feel just as good even more in the future!

Mask, several things:

1) discuss what to do with discarded furniture with a colleague
2) checked my fail (every lecturer has a file), went round looking for letters I needed, found ALL of them :) Put the letters into the file
3) completed the English Week paperwork (i'm the programme director)

Mask,

IMHO, making granola is very productive....I've never made it, so it seems like a big deal to me.

Mere! You sound so good! It warms my heart! Are you still doing well? I know the ups and downs all too well! Forget the downs for now, though! I'm sooooo happy for you!

It's really heartwarming to hear that your friend still reads your blog! :D
People like that are really helpful and positive to hang around, (even if they can be a little difficult sometimes).

And hey, Mask, that's great that you made granola!
I've never made it before, but it sounds like a ton of fun.
