Today I felt sad.

I felt emotional after my psychiatrist appointment.

I drove to the beach, got out of my car and went and sat on the swings.
I put some Norah Jones on and I "swung" just like I did as a child. I enjoyed the feeling of the wind in my hair and the sight of the ocean.

I feel a bit better.

I hope you're not tiring of me, I know we have exchanged few conversations but, I connect with you. Can I say that's awesome? That wonderful feeling of swinging, and the butterflies in your stomach, on the beach too, and you can't go wrong with Norah. That had to be great therapy, I'm about to go buy some swings, my husband would come home and be like "What the hell?" Hahahaha! Gosh, I miss the ocean...

MG,

I'm so glad you feel that way. I can relate with that feeling of isolation and it helps so much to be on the same wavelength as someone.

Yes, it felt amazing! I was really proud I did it because I really find it hard to be alone. I felt I needed it and Norah soothes my soul!
